Challenge
Our client used a third-party CRM solution with several SEO tools to manage their clients and advertising campaigns. Since the company and their client’s database have been growing, it appeared very hard to use different third-party tools because:
- The tools didn’t show the full picture of their clients’ campaigns results
- Tools weren’t sufficiently integrated with each other
- There were insufficient custom features for effective SEO monitoring
- Managers spent excessive time producing manual reports
These issues prevented the company from expanding its services to take on more clients as their tools were inadequate for managing their existing clients properly.
Solution
Our engagement with the client started with the development of a detailed project specification. We used this to produce estimates and plan our activities, gathering a team of two developers to achieve the desired results.
During five months of working closely with our client, we developed a custom CRM that implemented the following enhanced features:
- Client management system and analysis of their advertisement campaigns
- Monitoring of client’s website positions by keywords
- Automatic reporting of advertising campaign progress
- Management of sales managers’ performance
- SEO backlink monitoring
Result
We created a complete unified system that enabled our client to manage their clients’ advertising campaigns. The system allowed their sales managers to simplify and speed up their work with existing clients, as well as to grow their client’s database.
Our efforts made it possible for our client to serve an extra 17% more clients in the first two months after the launch of our custom CRM solution.
